The Congress has labelled BJP MP Anurag Thakur’s controversial speech in the ongoing Budget session as a \u201chighly abusive and unconstitutional tirade,\u201d and accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of promoting a “serious breach of parliamentary privilege” by sharing the speech on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
