Actor Jeremy Strong opened up about the possibility of another season of Succession<\/i>. Strong played the role of businessman Kendall Roy, according to Deadline<\/i>. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m sure there\u2019s a desire for more Succession<\/i>. I would really pass that buck to creator Jesse Armstrong,\u201d he said in an interview. \u201dBut I think in terms of the role that I played, he came to his terminal point,\u201d added Strong. \u201cSo for me, that\u2019s something that is very happily put to rest.\u201d<\/p>\n

Strong won his first Emmy Award and Golden Globe for playing the role of Kendall Roy in Succession<\/i>. He earlier shared how much he relates to his character in the series. \u201dHe is me, and I am him. It\u2019s hard for me to extricate myself from that or look at him in any other way,\u201d said Strong.<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cHe\u2019s this concatenation of all these misfires and abortive attempts and a kind of desperate wanting. He\u2019s kind of the embodiment of it, you know? The full catastrophe of the tragedy of ambition. To me, and I\u2019ve said this before, the show could have been called The Inexorable Death of Kendall Roy<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n

On speaking about the storyline and his character, he shared, \u201cI think that this is different from all the other times we\u2019ve seen him try and fail, all the times we\u2019ve seen him lose again and again and again.<\/p>\n

\u201cBefore, he\u2019s always been able to get back up. This time is different because the loss is total on all sides. He\u2019s lost everything,\u201d added Strong.<\/p>\n

After the Succession<\/i> finale, Strong returned to Broadway in an adaptation of Henrik Ibsen\u2019s An Enemy of the People<\/i>, for which he got his first Tony nomination for Best Actor in a Play, according to Deadline<\/i>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
